David is both a professional and absolute gentleman to work with. When I called them for help with some plumbing issues in my home, he personally showed up and was dedicated to fix the issues effectively and for a fair price. Since then I have used them on multiple occasions. Rotundo will always be my go to plumbers.

Decided to replace one of the toilets in the house and contacted Rotundo Plumbing and asked if they still purchase, deliver and install toilets. I called and spoke to Ashley, who was very professional and helpful, and she made the necessary arrangements. The appointment was made and I was very happy that the plumber arrived early. He was professional and did a great job. I am a big fan of Rotundo Plumbing!

There was an issue with a drain pipe coming down from the second floor of my house- a couple pipe joints failed where they came together.
Gilbert was fantastic, talented, smart and funny. My house is old so it is very difficult to manage pipe temperatures (with the incredibly old insulation) , and he immediately knew when things started to go wrong. If I had called any other company, my house would be destroyed right now. I trust them with my life.

Company came quickly to assess job and began work quickly. Plan of doing work showed company's experience and creativity in understanding how to do project. Very kind and personable workers. Billing was honest and fair as final bill was below estimate. Rotundo has qualifications many plumbing companies do not have including Operator Qualification for covered tasks with Con Edison. We were lucky we found this company.
