Royal Cove Apartments at Poughkeepsie

This is my 6th year here at Royal Cove. For the price it is worth it. From all the amenities you get, to how well everything is kept up in the complex by the maintenance people. The property manager, and leasing ladies in the office Dilcia, and Amy are always so helpful, and nice. Some of the best people I know. I love having living here, and so happy to make a nice home for me, and my family in Royal Cove.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the management team and maintenance crew at Royal Cove. Their dedication, professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made a difficult transition so much easier for my family and me.

From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure we were moved into our new apartment smoothly and quickly. Every interaction was met with understanding, patience, and compassion, and it truly felt like they cared about our safety, comfort, and well-being — not just completing a task.

The maintenance team worked efficiently and with great attention to detail, and management stayed communicative, supportive, and proactive every step of the way. Their teamwork and commitment to residents is rare and deeply appreciated.

I am incredibly grateful to live in a community where the staff treats residents with such respect and heart. Thank you for everything you do — you truly make this place feel like home!

I've lived here for about a year now and everything has been really good so far. For the price you pay you do get quite a lot of space and utilities (except electric and WiFi) are included. The property is well kept and always clean. Amy and Dilcia go above and beyond to make sure you're not having any issues with anything. Maintenance has also resolved any issues that have occurred over the year on time and properly.

William Sanchez is in office is very polite and nice and always willing to listen. The maintenance team, Will Doherty, Joe Cossentino and Diego are great and make sure your repairs are done correctly and will follow up to ensure everything is still working properly!!

I am relocating to the Poughkeepsie Area. I was touring the neighborhood and was looking for more information about the Apartments, I was politely greeted by Amy at the Leasing office, I spoke about my needs and she arranged a walk through with the Maintenance supervisor on the spot! I appreciate the in person meetings. The property is very welcoming. Along with the staff. I also had the pleasure of meeting the Property Manager Dilcia, she was also very welcoming and answered all my questions in a polite and professional manner. Thank You all for your help!!
