Losing a family member is never an easy thing, it’s a sad and stressful time and it’s something that nobody is ever prepared to have to do. During such a difficult time, Paul and his staff at Copeland were very compassionate, caring, kind and professional. They never rushed us and allowed us to discuss everything in detail with our family. They took the time to listen to what our wishes were in order for our loved one to be honored and remembered.
