When my father passed, we were fortunate to be in the care of William G. Miller Funeral Home. From the moment we walked through their doors, we felt a sense of comfort and reassurance. The staff, especially Amber DiCapua, were incredibly compassionate, respectful, and professional. They walked us through every step of the process with patience and grace.

We held a four-hour viewing with full use of the funeral home, and it was perfectly suited for the large number of family and friends who came to pay their respects. The space was warm, clean, and spacious, allowing people to sit, connect, and reflect. Soft music played in the background, beautifully arranged flowers surrounded us, and there was space to display photos, personal items, and a slideshow. Every detail was taken care of flawlessly and discreetly, making a very emotional day feel less overwhelming.

Amber and the team coordinated everything seamlessly, including a Catholic Mass at St. Martin de Porres and a burial at Calvary Cemetery. They provided guidance and multiple options at various price points, but never once did we feel pressured. Amber’s opinion, when asked, was always thoughtful and came from a place of experience and care. The consultation process was clear, thorough, and handled with a level of professionalism that showed how much experience and heart goes into their work.

What stood out most was how human and kind everyone was. We never felt rushed or like we were "just another family." Amber truly cared about us, and that came through in so many ways, right down to the thoughtful care package we received when everything was over, including laminated prayer cards, the obituary, flower cards, and literature to help us through grief and follow-up steps for my mother.

I wholeheartedly recommend William G. Miller Funeral Home to anyone going through the loss of a loved one. Their compassion, attention to detail, and sincere care made all the difference in such a difficult moment in our lives. We will always be grateful.

Look no further for a funeral director. Vinny took on the pain and sadness of our family, he believes ardently in the significance of the work that he does. Vinny understands the importance of treating a deceased person with dignity and giving them a respectful final disposition. These convictions of Vinny are central to his work and all decisions that he makes. Vinny was emotionally and physically available to my family when Hospice called him late at night to come to our house and transport the body of our relative. Although it was late at night Vinny and his staff arrived shortly. Vinny is driven by being able to help a family when they are in a crisis and devastated.

My sister and I visited Vinnie to pre pay for my dad's funeral. What a kind, knowledgeable, educated, compassionate person Vinnie is. I have been to his funeral home before and the building has always been clean, well staffed, and efficient. I highly, from the bottom of my heart, recommend a visit to talk with Vinnie when you are in need of planning a funeral for your loved ones.
