To getting the project finalized with Duane and Debbie. To Keith being on site the entire length of the Roof replace. Not to mention hanging out and playing with my son the whole time who want to watch the process of the Roof replacement. To the group of guys who did the installation work. They were true craftsmen. Keith was on site at about 6am to get the dumpster set and deliver. Crew showed up at about 7am and was wrapped up at 3pm the same day. Process was clean and efficient. Not to mention they did a more than thorough job with the clean up process. Wonderful people to work with.

We recently had to have extensive work done to find and repair a roof leak. Duane Mainardi Builders did an exceptional job identifying the source of the leak and all the damage that it had caused. Their crew of Kyle and Ricky are extreme professionals and ensured that the repair work was done correctly. They updated us daily with what they had found and reviewed with us the fix that they were implementing. They keep us well informed and when finished did a through review of what they had done. During the repair they also answered all our questions we had.

This roof replacement was the most positive experience I have ever encountered with a contractor. I was a contractor in a previous life and I know what quality is. Duane and his team are second to none. From the responsiveness, to the timely and clear communications, to the flawless installation, they were a perfect 10. Keith was especially great at communicating during the installation. Our home is large and highly complex. They said they would start yesterday and finish today and they did it! Amazing!
