No longer is the franchise Citgo but rather Exxon. This is also a full-service gas station, so be prepared to tip someone to pump gas like you do yourself at every other place. The bathroom is skanky, so if you have to go, make it count! Digitized signage showing the prices in real-time.
On Friday 5/26/2023 I pulled into Sam's to gas up my rental car. I went to throw out an empty bottle and when I shut the door I had locked the keys with my wallet and phone in the car. The car was right in front of the pumps and I knew that this was not going to be good. Sam's is a full service station and Sam and all his employees showed me what service really means. No anger, no attitude and thank goodness no judgement, the guys helped me try and call Hertz and Sam tried to open the car door. The car was in front of the pumps for over an hour and a half but no one got upset. They kept trying to help me in anyway they could.
I want to not just thank them all for their kindness, but also want to let anyone in the area of the Westchester County Airport in NY know that if you need gas or any service for your car, Sam and his guys showed me that this was the place to go.
Thank you again.
I've been going to Sam's Service since I was 16, and able to drive!
I recently had a problem with the horn on my Jeep, and Sam told me that I needed to take it back to the dealer...while I was there, there turned out to be more problems than I had originally went in for( always the way). And I wondered if I was being "scammed", but wanted my car to run well, regardless, it cost me way more than I expected, and they ran out of time...and couldn't fix my newly discovered problem...I took the car to Sam's. And, it turns out that there was nothing wrong with the "car" in relation to this issue, and it appeared that they may have created an issue, that I hadn't had before! So glad I went to Sam...honest and fair!
