I personally give my business here for 2 particular reasons. I appreciate the propane refill they do without having to do a tank exchange. I also feel that the staff is very knowledgeable and ready to help with problems whether they're big or small. I have never had a hard time here and find what I need most of the time. Great service.
Best hardware store around. Staff is always helpful and responsive. They take care of you even for the smallest of things like finding nuts and bolts for your project. My go to for anything needed from tools to miscellaneous items for my home or business!
Staff super helpful. Always ready to come around and show me where I can find something. I love being in the middle of a project and knowing they are near by if I need anything. Great staple to the area.
I have been stopping in now and then for years. But not often enough to know any of the employees. Even so, the employees have always been helpful and pleasant to deal with. When I recently stoped in for a propane refill. The employee saw me removing the tank from my vehicle and came out to the filling station before I got there. I paid while he was filling my tank. Then I was on my way. I appreciate that. And I doubt they would even know my face from any other customer.
I ran in here at 6:58, they close at 7. I lost two screws for my son's bed. I felt bad about running in so close to closing time but the woman at the counter (who had her bag on and was ready to go) took the time to not only ring me up but also found the exact screws I needed. And the whole time very nice. Love this place.
