In Secret Garden’s Instagram bio, you’ll see the phrase, “If you can dream it, we can create it.” That perfectly encapsulates my experience working with Bonnie for my wedding.

From designing custom centerpiece stands to carefully hydrating and shaping stems so they fanned out in geometric ways, Bonnie brought an extraordinary level of creativity, precision, and excitement to every detail. The result was the bouquet and reception space of my dreams: ranunculus, orchids, tulips, and more, arranged in a way that felt warm, glam, and unique.

All of my experiences at this shop have always been positive, but my most recent one really stood out. I personally was having a tough week and went in to buy myself a small arrangement to bring some light into my day. I had complimented a Christmas decoration and the owner, so graciously, gave me the pillow to take home.

I firmly believe angels walk among us, and this was an example of that. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Bonnie did an amazing job with the flowers for our wedding! Before meeting with her, we had only a vague idea of what we wanted. Based on our descriptions and a few photos, she was able to build our perfect floral decor. My bridal bouquet was absolutely stunning. Stopped in to see what the shop had. I found the prettiest flowers. The shop personal was super nice and made the most adorable flower bouquet for me. And they had some great chocolates from Hudson Valley Chocolates in Wallkill. Thank you so much!

Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was out of the country with very limited time to place an order, but I called the day before I needed next-day delivery—just about two hours before they closed—and they made it happen. I was able to order flowers, balloons, chocolates, and an extra-large teddy bear.

I requested a photo of the final arrangement, and they sent one without hesitation. I also asked to be notified when the delivery was on its way, and they kept me updated. I even got to log into my home camera system and watch my wife’s reaction when she received the surprise—it truly meant the world to me since I couldn’t be there in person.

The representative was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions, and ensured everything I wanted was included and delivered on time. This was hands down the best customer service I've encountered, and from now on, I’ll be using this shop for all occasions. Thank you so much!
