The Sinatra staff was very attentive, on point with everything place clean and everything my family wanted done. Erika one of their employee was the best my family and I are very satisfied with how our loved one was fixed to be viewed she looked beautiful and they put her exactly how I asked for everything was done perfectly and on point. No one should ever have to make arrangements for their 20 y/o son but if we had to do it anywhere, we’re thankful it was at Sinatra. We walked in, met Frank, Laura, and Jackie and felt my baby would be at peace there. It didn’t feel like a transaction but instead felt like support. They made everything simple for us, didn’t nickel and dime us, and were compassionate, loving and understanding all along the way. The house was packed, they worked with us. We didn’t like the caskets, they worked with us. We needed timing arrangements, they worked with us. Our boy looked great too and they paid special attention to his hair, my baby’s prize possession. Growing up, we had a go-to funeral home. Sumatra’s has now taken over that special place in our hearts. Forever grateful for sending my boy off at peace, looking good and surrounded by loads of love and compassion.

I want to say that losing a loved one is not easy as we all know but Rey and his staff made such a BIG difference. They made this moment fast easy and we felt the love and empathy. My Mother looked beautiful as a sleeping Queen. Rey we are forever grateful to you and your staff. Your professionalism Your caring hearts Your Love was definitely felt and appreciated. No one looks forward to burying a loved one especially when their loved one is young. To the staff Mr. Sinatra, John & Jackie you all were more than amazing. You treated our family with such professionalism, respect and empathy and I couldn’t be happier. You went above and beyond to assist me with the arrangements and I appreciate it so much, especially since this was a first for me. Sinatra did a great job for my husband's memorial service. Everything was arranged from out-of-state and when I arrived they were friendly and helpful with ensuring all was just the way I wanted. The video tribute was beautiful and room was lovely.
