Sky Blue Stables

I spent a week taking lessons at Sky Blue Stables as an adult beginner who loves learning about horses, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The barn was buzzing with the energy of a kids’ camp that week, and it truly felt like a big family. I loved watching the little ones look out for each other—and even for me—sharing tips and teaching me the ropes. It’s clear they’re helping raise strong, independent kids here!

Stef was an incredible teacher. She struck the perfect balance of keeping me safe while challenging me, and I learned so much under her guidance. A special shoutout to my buddy Dave, the kindest gentleman who took me under his wing in the early mornings, taught me the basics, and introduced me to my favorite goats.

I had the time of my life at Sky Blue Stables and felt so welcomed by this amazing “family.” I’ll treasure the memories—and the confidence I gained—forever!

My girl scout troop had such a great time here. The staff were very informative and great with our girls. They took the time to answer all the girls' questions. They kept their attention engaged with their knowledge in explaining the types of horses, the handling, and care of all the horses. Allowed the girls to participate and experience grooming the horses. Wonderful training and explanation of riding safety. Very patient and attentive while our girl scouts were riding. Overall experience was wonderful. Highly recommend Sky Blue Stables to everyone.

We took my two year old to ride and it was lovely! We were able to walk alongside her as the staff led the pony. You pay per lap around.

This stable is the best thing that's happened to my daughter. We have been a part of other stables before Sky Blue and none come close to comparing to the level of compassion and care they have for not only the horses, but everyone involved in their care. We started going to their amazing summer camp and my daughter never wanted to leave.
They throw a great party in their dedicated party room and always have supplemental activities for the kids to do like art projects, barn side tea parties, fun fashion show competitions... on the horses!
The relationships my daughter has made here and the lessons she's learned have been invaluable.
I can not recommend Sky Blue enough, especially if you've been to other stables and felt like they weren't for you, Sky Blue is inclusive and accommodating.

We had an amazing experience at Sky Blue Stable. The horses are very well-trained and taken care of. The people are an absolute pleasure and joy to be around. The dogs of the owners are pure love. This place left a mark in our hearts and we can't wait to be back!
