We've been using SA for a number of years and I'm a huge fan. It's made my practice much more efficient and mobile. The key is to use all the features to the fullest and make sure staff is doing the same. Having all the information on the case at my fingertips from negotiation status to case status is so helpful. It also helps keep tabs on prospective cases for follow-up. I highly recommend the system but keep in mind that as with any system, you must get in the habit of working to input the required information.

I have been a Paralegal for 28 years and this is the BEST Legal Software programs I have ever used. Everything you can possibly imagine about a case is included in this software. Smart Advocate provides any training you need. Very user friendly, There is a User Manual built into the program, which if you are like me, you don't want to have to call anyone, you can just look up the answer. I have been using the program for 3 years and I am still amazed at all of the features it offers. If you are considering purchasing this software, 10 years from now, you will still be thanking the designers of this software.

SmartAdvocate makes legal case management more reliable and efficient. It has basic features (Case Notes and Case Documents) for users to easily access and review case files. There are options for users to access Case Notes and Case Documents at the same time to easily coordinate dates and times between notes and documents.
There are also more advanced features for case communications. We text clients and email documents directly from the SmartAdvocate software. This gives a more professional look to our communications and makes our communications more organized and complete.
The SmartAdvocate customer service also improved my outlook on case management. The customer service provided instructions on how to use the software features. The extent of their knowledge made me feel more comfortable and secure with using SmartAdvocate.
