The beautiful building is clean, welcoming and thoughtfully maintained, reflecting the team’s real attention to details. The staff are kind and caring who truly love doing their job. This shows in the way they prioritize caring for our residents and their overall wellbeing along with the team work here is outstanding. This is clearly a great work environment filled with people who genuinely care.

My mother was in Sprain Brook Manor for 3 month following leg surgery when a plate was placed in her leg for a broken femur. This place was amazing! The physical therapy staff were the best! She received both physical and occupational therapy 6 days a week. The therapists were extremely professional and very caring and compassionate. The nursing staff was on top of everything and the aides were always ready to assist. My mother was very comfortable and I truly appreciate the excellent job they did. The administrative staff and social workers were also excellent and wonderful to work with especially with setting up in home physical therapy. My mother came home on Saturday and a nurse came to the house on Sunday to evaluate my mother for in home therapy. Absolutely no time wasted! I really can't say enough good things about this place. I've had my mother in other facilities in the past for other issues but Sprain Brook is by far the best. I am truly grateful for them for giving my mother such wonderful care.

Happy New Year, I went today to check out the facilities @ Sprain Brook Manor. In Scarsdale,NY for my mother that’s in Mount Sinai West in NYC she can’t go home because she’s not able to walk, the manager (JC -very informative,personal and caring )
call me and said I can come anytime to check out the facilities.
He show me around the whole place, and introduce me to the staff and made me feel comfortable!!!!! about putting my mother there, a few years ago she went to a nursing home in New Rochelle and this place was horrible!
They had 15 patients to 1- nurse/care worker !!!!!! this was to much and would just leave the elderly in a corner 😭 I wanted to make sure she wasn’t going in this environment again !!!
So, far this place look Excellent!!!!!
In addition to this you can see your ❤️ one 24/7 !!!!!
