St James Lutheran Preschool

St. James Lutheran Preschool is an AMAZING school!!! We have our third child currently in the 3 year old program. Our children were overly prepared for kindergarten. The environment is the perfect balance of academic and free play. Our elementary age children still ask to visit and love each and everyone that they came in contact with there . We HIGHLY recommend!!!

St James Lutheran Preschool is the best! My oldest, who is now in Kindergarten went there for 3 years. My 4 year old and 3 year old are currently enrolled. It is truly a close knit community school. Everyone at the school is wonderful. They are so kind and loving. My children love it there and get upset when the weekend comes and there is no school! I highly recommend!!!

Saint James Lutheran Preschool is a wonderful place. I started Mommy and Me classes this year with my two year old daughter and she likes it very much. I will be continuing Mommy and Me and have already signed her up for Tiny Tots!!! Mrs Fennel is awesome she does so many fun projects with the kids and is such a source of information for the mommies. The moms are very nice and I’m glad that I have a place that my daughter enjoys. Mrs. Johansson is always so pleasant and stops in to see us in class. My husband and I feel very comfortable having our daughter attend this school.

We love this preschool! The staff are friendly and genuinely care about the kids. Our four year old son has been going since he’s two and he loves everything about school. We enjoy seeing what he is learning each week and are excited about the progress he has made with writing, reading, math, and his fine motor skills. Our daughter entered the Tiny Tots two year old program this year. She was having a lot of trouble with separation and was not allowing the staff to comfort her. The school worked with us to develop a plan that allowed for her grandmother to remain with her for the majority of the time and slowly reduce her time spent there each class. Our daughter now separates with ease and enjoys her time in school. Her social skills outside of school have improved dramatically as well and we contribute the majority of her progress to the school program. The not-for-profit school has several fundraisers that not only supports the existing program but has allowed them to add additions to the program like yoga and music. I went here as a child and it has been so gratifying seeing our children start their school journey here as well!

We love this school!!! The entire staff is so warm and caring. They are very patient with all the children and understand that each child learns at his/her own pace.
When looking at schools, I was searching for more than a great education and affordability. I was really hoping to find a warm environment where I could tell that all the teachers truly enjoyed their work. I found that here. Our child requires special care, which made the task of choosing a school even more daunting. St. James Lutheran welcomed us with open arms. I never doubt that he is being well cared for. His teachers have been on top of everything and extremely supportive since day one!
Our child loves to go to school and has learned so much! I’m so thankful for this wonderful school and highly recommend it to everyone!!
