The Practice has many doctor with many different specialists. I found myself in pain from injuries sustained while in the Army and was terrified of surgery. The doctors offered alternatives that helped ease my symptoms while I was coming to terms with the fact I needed surgical intervention as well. Doctor Johnathan Rannan is excellent with talking to you as a person and does only what you and him come up with as a plan ( I've had other experiences where i was not included in the decision process of what was needed ) I felt that my voice and opinions were heard but my doubts fears and reluctance was taken into consideration as my health care journey was beginning. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a neurologist or has pain from head or down spine. The care I received was excellent and outcomes were very positive. I feel that I would not be able to be as mobile as I am without the care I received from going to this place. I return to the same place currently even though I currently live much further away as it is very hard to find as many positive factors in one Practice as found here at NY Brain and Spine and especially with Doctor Johnathan Rannan, who has helped and still helps guide my journey to become pain free and lead a productive life. I am forever greatful to have found them in my search for the best care.
We have been with this office since my daughter was 2 years old(2008). We love Dr. Egnor, he’s performed two brain surgeries on my daughter. Unfortunately I do not think I can continue to stay with this office. Appointments are not flexible whatsoever and the staff specifically Lori becomes very upset when you are trying to figure out a way to schedule an appointment that doesn’t affect your daughter’s school schedule. She proceeds to explain to me that no one else can see Dr. Egnor’s patients when he’s away?? I really don’t understand why this would be. It’s just a follow up and some questions we have. She told me to go to the Emergency room. I’m flabbergasted at this point. Sadly we will be doing some research to find another office.
Top of the line care. Office staff are professional and accommodating.
