New Kids On The Block Day Care

We used New Kids on the Block daycare over the last few years for full day daycare as well as aftercare. My children always looked forward to being there. Michele and her staff are caring, knowledgeable and know how to make learning fun. The facility is immaculate and Michele adheres to all safety guidelines to a tee. I was always comforted knowing that my children were in great hands. If you are looking for exceptional quality child care please consider New Kids on the Block!

I’m not sure there are enough words to say how incredible this daycare is. My oldest has been with Michele since he was 2 (now 5.5) & my youngest since 12 weeks (now 1). My boys adore her and my oldest doesn’t even say goodbye to me at drop off anymore! He’s down the stairs ready to play! Michele is very hands on and is always there with the kids (except to eat lunch & do other business tasks). I never worry when they are with her. Her backyard is every kids dream filled with toys, swings & slides! But they also do prekindergarten & kindergarten curriculum. They get the perfect structured mix. If you want that comfy home feeling and someone who truly cares for your children, this is your daycare. Not to mention, the hours are perfect and sometimes flexible if need be. I’m not writing this for compensation or anything. I’m just a Mom feeling incredibly lucky to have found a safe place for my two boys!

Michele is wonderful. It's been such "peace of mind" knowing that our children have been so well taken care of by her team! They engage the children so well and have been attentive the individualized needs of mine. About the best thing I could say is-- There has never been a day where my daughter was not super-excited to go there!

The flexibility of the hours is amazing and it was also a great resource for after school care when my son needed it.

Michelle has been watching my children for over 2 years now and they are very happy there. My son (4) is there full time and has met some of his very best friends here. She does pre-k level work with him and provides 2 meals and snacks throughout the day. My daughter is school age and gets picked up and dropped off by the school bus right in the New kids driveway. It is incredibly convenient. She also gets breakfast and a snack after school. The space for the kids is large and extremely clean. There is also a great players in the backyard. Michelle is kind and always responsive and accommodating to our hectic schedule. Her prices are reasonable, and she is open all year. I would recommend New Kids if you are in need of a daycare in the town of islip area.
