My son was in early intervention for shy of a year and saw minimal progress. He went to little angels great river for two months and we saw so much growth. Ms Marissa is absolutely amazing. My son would run into the building to see her. She adapted to his interests while still providing the tools he needs. The front desk staff is also amazing. They are always so kind and easy to speak to, and always willing to help in person or on the phone!
The therapist are great, my child really showed improvement. However, the scheduling department is completely unorganized and unprofessional. There were plenty occurrences where they would not have teacher coverage for the day and I would leave work to take my child to therapy just to drive there and be told my child didn't have a teacher. No calls or updates until I got there, checked in and after waiting past the appointment time and asking where the teacher was only then I was informed she was not in. There were days sandy would reschedule and then I'd come in and they have no recollection of that conversation after again, having me drive there. So like the previous review; document all conversations. But even then it won't do you any good.
I can not thank Little Angels enough for all the help they have given my son so far. This is truly an amazing organization, and I will be recommending friends and family in the future. Thank you again
A little unorganized. Example my child had visits Mondays and Thursdays. No one called to let me know that my child’s teacher would not be in on a Thursday until I got there for her class. My child lost 10 mins into her 30 min session. Also , when the teacher called me to switch her times , I called to make sure when I got there that’s there wouldn’t be an issue bringing her at her new time, they had nothing written down to secure that new time. Lastly, receptionist need too at least check that the people in the waiting room were helped as well especially for new parents like I was.
