So the physical car wash is great. I have no issues in that department and the staff wipe the car down well. I am a member but I have multiple cars. But the membership applies only to one car! Vacuum use is only for members and only that car can be vacuumed. If I was able to pay a fee for vacuum use I probably would give a better review. I’ve been coming to this car wash since I was in high school so I’ve seen it go through many different owners. Prices are fair but because the membership cannot be applied to multiple cars and I can’t vacuum all my cars because they aren’t registered with them I will no longer be keeping the service. To be honest no one needs to really wash their car more than once a week especially if you park in a driveway or garage. The car stays fairly clean majority of the time. If they can provide a package that allows more than one car I’d stay.
I really like these types of car wash places but this one seems to be struggling. The guy always talking about what the boss says about how often you can visit on an unlimited monthly pass. I was thinking as much as I desire. The last time I checked unlimited meant no limit.
Then I was told I had a limit on using the vacuum which is supposed to be part of the unlimited plan. I can understand if other cars need to use it the place ain't that big but nobody was there for the vacuum they drove right in, I literally was the only person using the vacuum all the other slots were empty.
2 stars loss for stressing me because they can't keep customers and that's why they're struggling. 3 stars for having good package deals.
