I took my car to Superior after having my car rear ended at a low speed. Rear hatch and bumper were replaced. After three weeks I got my car back and within a few minutes I heard a clicking sound from my left rear tire.
After taking a look I found a screw in my tire. I called and was told to come back and they would plug it.
Second issue, within two days someone tells me that I have a tail light out. I replaced it.
A few weeks later I go to get my inspection done and my license plate lights are out. They were both working at my last oil change shortly before going into Superior. I called to tell them that it doesn’t seem like a final look over was done and told that a test drive was done and that the bulbs used were the originals prior from light removal so maybe they just went bad because they were the originals.
So three bulbs all go out in a course of a few weeks after having them handled by the body shop. Or maybe they were not checked prior to returning the car.
Then I noticed the badge replaced seems to be crooked, and it is.
I am disappointed after thinking that the business that has been in my town since I was a kid was the only one that I would go to since they have been doing it for so long. So since my work hours are the same as theirs here I am buying and replacing bulbs and driving around with a slow leak in my tire.

We've used Superior a few times over the years and they always do an excellent job. Always giving us back our vehicles looking like there was never any damage in the first place. They are also great about communicating with you and giving updates while they are working on your vehicle.

They kept in touch with me and constantly updated me on the progress and if the pickup date was changed. I would recommend this company, they were very pleasant to work with.

To my surprise, the part was ready for pickup by noon the very next day.
