What a great experience. Exceptionally clean and friendly. Our first time here and we're greeted by a friendly, well informed employee who explained how things worked and did a scalp analysis with high powered zoom lens camera equipment... Which shows what condition your scalp is in to begin with. The actual scalp treatment was like non other. Super relaxing...a combo of massage with hands, combs as well as other scalp tingling devices... Mix that with the hot water treatment and I was in heaven. An hour felt like 5 minutes. After they blew dried my hair/not stylised lol... But dry. My hair was super soft and shiny. We were taken back to the camera system for a comparison... My scalp was in good shape too start with so not much difference but could see that this treatment would be beneficial to all. Will make this a regular things for sure... Next time I'll add on the foot and/or body treatment... Couldn't imagine anyone not liking this.

I loved my experience at S.Y. Head & Scalp Spa so much I feel I must share it! I usually do not leave public reviews, but this business is absolutely fabulous! It is a luxurious experience at an affordable price, and the effects stay with you long after you walk out the door. This was my first time getting a scalp massage/ hair treatment. I had read about its popularity in China & Japan, and wanted to try it for myself. SY spa is immaculately clean. I was very impressed by the microscopic technology they used to show me my hair follicles-both before and after the treatment. The experience was like a warm water massage, using 3 herbal “soups” made on premises. Different water sprayers and tools are used to increase the blood flow and circulation to the scalp, neck, and shoulders. My therapist Emily was amazing in her technique. I will most certainly be going back, and bringing my teenage daughters with me. Thank you so much for such a special experience SY Head & Scalp Spa!!

This was such an amazing experience. 10/10 would recommend and WILL be coming back. The communication with the safe was amazing. The body massage and head scalp treatment were extremely relaxing. The staff was kind, spa was clean and calm. We loved it! We went with a group of 6 for a friends birthday and all got attended at the same time. No complaints! This is a must have experience for such a great price range!
