I had a great experience at the Tesla Collision Center. Javi took care of me throughout the entire process, and he was incredibly nice, professional, and easy to work with. He walked me through everything step by step and made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and simple.

I brought my 2026 Tesla Model Y to Tesla Collision in Carle Place, New York after a front-end accident, and I am beyond impressed with the results. The car looks absolutely brand new—you would never know it was ever in an accident.
A huge thank you to Luis, who personally did the body work on my car. His craftsmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail shows in every inch of the repair. On top of that, Luis, Jackie, & Monica made the whole process stress-free by keeping me updated and working directly with Allstate so everything went smoothly.

Finally!! A very own Tesla collision repair shop In Nassau near the Roosevelt field mall. My first time coming here today, they only been open for 2 days.

I am glad Google Maps showed me this location before I ended up a “certified” shop.

Friendly and welcoming body shop down to the Tesla details in their lobby. Minimal wait, manager came to greet me to inspect my car and was knowledgeable of the issue.

Then I met with another supervisor Edwin, who actually performed the work with his team. I was in and out in about 2-3 hours. My car was even washed.
