It was a wonderful experience Emily the manager introduced herself to my table where I was seated with my son and daughter in law we ordered a scrumptious meal I had 20 ounce ribeye with baked potatoes and string beans my son had a large sandwich and sides his wife had an equally scrumptious dinner.thrcwsitress was superb our drinks were refilled promptly extra bread being a veteran I was afforded an acknowledgement for my service and to my amazement a whole crew sang happy birthday to me with a pie a la mode it by far was the best fining experience ever. I usually go elsewhere for our monthly luncheons with our former executives we have just changed that because of this wonderful experience.Bravo Emily you and your staff outdid yourselves

I would like to start by saying that the staff was remarkable as the waiters and owners stopped by each table to ensure that the customers were receiving the best possible service at this establishment.
We ordered the 14oz Fort Worth ribeye steak. Each was ordered to our preferred temperature, however, I didn't stick to my guns by ordering my normal medium rare cooked steak, that was my fault.
The owner Kristen, saw the displeasure in my face and without hesitation replaced my meal with a classic medium rare beautifully cooked juicy steak.
The hospitality was top tier with that most unexpected accommodations.
This is what great customer service in the food industry should look like across the board.
If ever you in the Seldan area and interested in having a good tasty steak plus potatoes, I implore you to eat at this Texas Roadhouse.

We went for dinner and to use my Veterans Day coupon (Thank you Texas Roadhouse for always supporting Veterans). It was a great meal and experience, as it is everytime we have gone. We will be back.

Shocking!!! The sirloin was fabulous. I can not believe it. So, is Texas Roadhouse going through a re-branding because I used to go to the one on RT 192 in the 4 Corners of the Orlando-Kissimmee area and in the 4 years that I lived there, I was not impressed. I should mention, I was at the Selden location at 5pm and the place was packed. I had no expectations, as a matter of fact, knowing that it is very hard to get a great meal on Long Island, I was expecting the very least. But I was wrong! And that Ceasar Salad was so crispy, fresh and flavorful, one didn’t seem to be enough—but the sirloin came right along and it was outstanding. It melted in my mouth! I’m speechless.

Great, family style restaurant with a warm and comforting atmosphere. Perfect for families with kids. Nothing l beats their steaming hot rolls and butter. Typically come here for prime rib because you can't get it everywhere, but also love the fried pickles and other cuts of beef as well. Nice location and lots of food for the price!
