Retiring from the military and was looking for a 4Runner for my wife with 4WD. After a month of searching, I landed on this place with their listing on CarFax. Alex was straight up with all things and assisted greatly when I needed the vehicle shipped from New York to Minnesota. Even when the shipping company screwed up everything, Alex was on top of it and making sure the shipping company did their job. Zero issues with our new to us 4runner and its in great shape for a 2014. Go here if you are looking, if they don't have it they can probably find it.

How much space do I have? This is our first time leasing a car with The Car Guys and the experience was incredible! Jon Padilla was amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable, explains how it all works and is attentive to every question, call, text, and email. Our son was the “go between” as we had so many questions. Also, we are in NY and were leasing this for our residence in FL. Jon was able to set up shipping, get it registered in FL, and delivered right to our door. The driver Ronald Stewart, RRW was also great. He was so nice and delivered our Nissan Pathfinder exactly when he said he would. We are so happy with this painless process and will never deal with anyone other than Jon and The Car Guys. Thank you so much!!!

This was one of the best experiences buying a car i was helped by Jon. Jon answered all my questions never felt rushed, never felt pushed to buy anything, he actually took the time to look into all the cars i requested.

I was going to settle a for trim level that had chrome and we couldn't find the trim level i wanted with all the features plus black edition. I said i would settle Jon never stopped looking and did not let me settle and found exactly what i wanted he was able to get the black edition with all the options.

I found the car guys through tiktok never knew about brokers, i finally reached out while also talking to dealerships and the car guys always got me the better deals. Dealer wanted me to get a bighorn package while Jon was able to get me in a laramie fully loaded with options for the same price.

Jon was able to get me out of my BMW X3 that had negative equity and all the dealers i went to wanted crazy amount of monthly payments to get my out of the X3. Jon got me out and saved me money. From start to finish it was a great experience i was able to get 2 new cars in one week i will never step foot in another dealership again Jon and the car guys have earned my business for life !!!!

Let me start with saying I hate dealerships .I’ve been watching Ed on Facebook videos for a while now, it and I liked the way he gave the customer options and no pressure. I dealt with Marisol who reached out to me after I filled out a form on the website. She was excellent and patient through the whole the process. She made the transaction effortless and found me the best deal for my needs. She is great. Thank you to Rob who delivered my vehicle.
