Needed home owners insurance and due to location, most every insurance company is no longer issuing new policies in certain areas and distances from bodies of water, even homes sixty feet above sea level. Heard good things about The Clausen Agency, and an extra positive, right near my home. I prefer to deal with people, not voices on phones or choosing from a computers spew. At Clausen the staff could not have been more helpful! Excellent all. A special mention of Ana Mendoza, Personal Lines Advisor, who was the main person involved with my needs. Ana was professional, down to earth friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable and helpful. A credit to the agency, as I am sure all are that work in Rocky Point. We needed to change all of our insurance. to a different provider as Amica no longer offered the umbrella policy we required. At first I was concerned about moving everything to a smaller agent. But we have been so impressed by the scope of the Clausen agency and Allison and her assistant. The depth of knowledge, the resources available, the understanding of our needs and the execution of the project were outstanding. Always reassuring us that they had it done and delivered.

Phillip Tiarks did an outstanding job in finding a very competitive quote on short notice, and was able to make accommodations for me when I requested he modify my policy to expedite the closing.
