The Kartrite Resort was a great choice to bring the Class of 2026 for their senior trip. From the moment we contacted the hotel, Dani was a pleasure to work with. She answered all questions immediately and was always available. But it didn’t end with signing a contract, she was present during our trip making sure that we had all that we needed. When Dani was not available, Jenn was our go to person. She was there early in the morning to make sure that when our students arrived we had access to the waterpark and our rooms and that lunch was ready. The food was student approved. It is never easy to feed 300 people and there were no complaints there either and we have Michael to thank for that. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Overall the trip was a success! We will be returning next year! Thank you Kartrite for taking such good care of us!
Our daughter’s Bat Mitzvah at The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived to the final goodbyes, every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine warmth. It was truly a weekend our family and every guest will remember forever.
A huge thank-you to Danielle Schwartz, whose event-planning expertise turned our vision into something even better than we imagined. Their creativity, organization, and constant communication made the entire process seamless. They anticipated every need, solved every challenge before we even knew it existed, and brought an energy that made the celebration feel truly special.
At the front desk were absolute stars. They greeted our family and guests with kindness, efficiency, patience, and smiles (even when we made them crazy with changing our rooms around) - that set the tone for the entire stay. Whether it was helping with check-ins, answering questions, or going the extra mile to ensure everyone felt welcome, they made a huge difference in our experience.
Between the beautiful event spaces, the excitement of the waterpark, and the incredible staff, The Kartrite made this milestone celebration unforgettable. We could not be happier with how everything turned out. Five stars all around — highly recommended for any special occasion! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
We had a fun winter getaway. It was awesome that our room had bunk beds - it's not always easy to find a room big enough for a family of five. The waterpark wasn't huge, but it was perfect for the kids to have fun.
It was Christmas week, so it wasn't too crowded. But not everything was open. The staff was nice. Shout out to Lucca, the lifeguard from Brazil. He was awesome and super friendly!
This place is great for families.
We had a great time at The Kartrite Resort with our family! This wasn’t our first visit, but the service this time truly stood out. From the moment we checked in, everything was seamless. Gloria (I think her name was) at the front desk (working on 12/13) was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, setting the tone for a great stay right away.
We also tried the restaurant for the first time and had an excellent dinner. The manager with the bow tie made the experience feel like an upscale dining atmosphere . he checked on us often and made sure everything was perfect. I hadn’t seen him on previous trips, but he is clearly a great asset to the resort.
Overall, another fantastic family stay. We can’t wait to come back!
