The Pilates Solution

I have been going to Pilates Solution for several years and I can't recommend it enough! Jenn and Dana are absolutely fantastic, every class they teach is fresh, creative, and never feels repetitive. I always leave feeling challenged, accomplished, and like I've learned something new to improve my Pilates skills. The studio is friendly and welcoming, which creates a positive and supportive atmosphere. I've taken classes for over 15 years at various studios and with numerous instructors, so I feel like I'm a pretty good judge of instructors/studios at this point. If you're looking for a place where you can grow, feel inspired, and part of a great community, this is it!

DanaPilates has been transformative and life-changing. Dana brings so much knowledge, positivity, and a great energy to every single class. She's patient - and I require patience - and caring. In less than a year, my balance is better, I'm more flexible, and I'm learning how to breathe. It took a lot for certain members of our threesome to commit to a weekly pilates class and now none of us ever want to miss a session of DanaPilates.

This is a wonderful studio with great teachers and a warm vibe. After my instructor of 20 years retired, I took classes in all the Chappaqua/Briarcliff/Pleasantville area. This studio features not only tower classes, but classes on the reformer with privates, duets and threesomes available. Jenn Lancaster, the owner, is organized and rigorous and her classes have a great flow. Can't say enough good things about Pilates Solution and I have been studying Pilates for a long time!

Pilates Solution is simply wonderful! Jenn is both phenomenal and fun, as is the entire community she attracts. Jenn is able to make group classes feel individual and individual classes feel entertaining.

As someone who is fairly new to Pilates, I was quickly hooked to Pilates Solution and now it's fair to say I'm a regular! I look forward to every opportunity to visit the studio. We are so fortunate to have Pilates Solution and Jenn in our community.

As a teacher-trainer her depth of Pilates knowledge runs deep and it shines through in her sessions. She is incredibly warm, kind, friendly and supportive.
