Found Dr. Rechtschaffen on the internet in search of a urologist. Happy I did!
Introduced himself, asked me a lot of questions and double checked his understanding of my condition by getting my approval of what he heard from me. I was comfortable during the discussion. He explained different scenarios of cause and treatment. And we have an agreed upon course of action for next steps. Great bedside manner and easy to talk to.
Front office staff are very nice, warm and welcoming. I didn't have to wait long and the doctor attended to me. As always he is very caring, following up with probing questions, giving the right advice and giving me the treatment I needed. Fantastic doctor and staff members.
I am a new patient. Office staff was great and there was no wait time. I had a 3:45 app and was in the office checked and in the Dr office by 3:48pm. Dr asked me a lot of great questions, listened to my goals and then provided a pathway based on a desired outcome. I am very happy I met Dr Thomas today. I would recommend him
