Tropical Jerk Baldwin

This was my first time eating here and without a doubt I’ll be back. I had the jerk chicken, my husband tried the brown stew and it was hands down to die for. I was a little skeptical but I am so glad I gave this restaurant a try. Sarah was very polite and made the experience even more memorable she was very friendly warm and extremely welcoming. It’s a 10/10 definitely will be coming back soon with my entire family. Thank you Sarah! Found my new lunch spot while I’m in town.

I spent 36.00 for 2 medium dinners I called over the phone and the young lady never put my order in correctly I drove a good 25 minutes to get there and then another to get home I noticed there making a lot of mistakes I’m looking for some were else to buy dinner for my family no sweet sauce no gravy and she ask me what I wanted to order but was talking to some one else the whole time I won’t be getting any food there I’m going to go back to Uniondale for my food at least the service is better there is a on going problem but the food is good that’s just a lot of money to spend for bad service not every one cares about your food😳 the food it’s dry though and through on a Sunday this is so wrong

Exceptional Experience at Tropical Jerk!

Visiting Tropical Jerk was an absolute delight, thanks to the amazing service from a friendly Rasta Empress who expertly guided me through the menu. Her warm welcome and knowledgeable explanations made it so easy for me to choose from the delicious Caribbean options. I enjoyed every bite of the Barbifry chicken, which was bursting with flavor. I highly recommend Tropical Jerk for anyone seeking an authentic dining experience. A true gem!

I recommend and will be ordering again.
