Liz guided us through the entire process, handling everything from paperwork to updates, I was notified throughout the whole process and any question I had, she answered. John told me my truck would look like nothing ever happened and he absolutely stayed true to those words. John and Josh took exceptional care of my truck, and I had it back in just two days looking like I just bought it.

This was my first accident and they answered every question with such patience, making a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Their workmanship, communication, and genuine care for their customers sets them apart from any other business.

Just picked up my Jeep from Tully's, and had to write about my wonderful experience. From the very start, Liz was awesome, adjusting a problem with the rental car company, and getting someone over immediately to tow my car to the shop. Communication was top notch, and so accommodating! Such an absolute pleasure to work with, and so impressed with how it turned out, and how clean it was returned to me. The level of customer service is unparalleled! I would and will recommend them to everyone!

"How do you like your brand new van?" which was what John Tully, the owner asked me when I went to pick my car up. Only 5 stars??? Does this mean I can't add 5 more, because I would if I could. Josh, John, and Liz were an absolute pleasure to work with! I chose Tully's from a friend's recommendation, and I'm so glad I did! They knew exactly how to negotiate the best deal with my insurance company, and what was a major repair job cost me zero dollars!! On top of all of that, the van, indeed, looked brand new!!

Very rare you get top tier TRANSPARENT service in the auto industry. Years back John did great work on my wife's car after she had a hit and run. Recently about a week ago, I had a freak accident with my Wrangler that required a new door -- I have a very specific color on the car and Josh wasn't certain he'd be able to find a matching door to replace and blend the paint with. After telling me a fairly quick turnaround time, he was able to get the job done PERFECTLY a day earlier than originally projected and at a completely fair and equitable price. Very happy with the work they did and I'll 100% continue to recommend them when people ask me who does good body work in town. Thanks again guys!
