My well maintained 2016 Suburban had the torque converter on the transmission fail at 115,000 miles. I needed a new transmission. I would never take it to the dealer for out of warranty service. I paid for a rebuilt transmission, with the extra cost of the special tuning service, Well, I can tell you the tuning and upgraded parts appear to be worth it. My transmission temp is now 120F versus 190F. I drove for 250 hilly highway miles, a week after the repair, the transmission temp was 118F to 122F. That is amazing proof that Mike is telling the truth that his work will create improved results over the OEM garbage. Although you can't really see it, the work should create long-lasting results. Anybody with the misfortune of needing a new transmission in a heavy SUV/Truck, give United Transmission a call. Tell them guy with the 2016 Suburban sent you.
