Awesome store helped me get me back on the road after my Freightliner cummins alternator died
Always find what I need. If they dont.have it in the store, they'll find it and get it to you..
This is a good place the staff are professional and very helpful. They will probably have what you need for your vehicle and if not I believe they will get it shortly.
They really helped me out with a broken hose on my sprayer and recommended some helpful tools for the future. Thanks!!
I don't know normally take the time to review businesses, but on the rare occasion a business goes above and beyond, I'm more than happy to. Driving along 95, I hit a shard of metal and lost tire pressure faster than I have ever seen. I pulled off and ran into Midland Truck & Auto Parts.
I went into the shop and grabbed a bottle of Fix 'a Flat that didn't do anything for how bad this puncture is. The owner Steve came outside himself and brought an air tank, and helped me jack up the car and kindly asked one of his guys to help out and get my spare on.
Beyond inviting me into his office while I was concerned about getting home on time to get to my kids, he was super helpful, informative and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of. It's the kind of customer service that comes from the top no matter how large you get that resonates through all your employees and is appreciated.
Whether you have a truck or a car, I HIGHLY recommend Steve and one of his 3 shops be your first line of defense for anything you're trying to triage with his car.
Special thanks to Gio as well and hope you get the gig with Steve. I appreciate you, buddy! 👍🏽 Thanks, Steve. Looking forward to keeping in touch
