Universals Roofing & Gutter Crews did an excellent job installing a complete new roof & gutters with screens & the roof looks beautiful. You may find a lower cost somewhere else, but I don't think you'll get the quality results that they provided. Art was great to work with.

They replaced my roof with a beautiful terra cotta color and did an excellent job. My front porch was in need of replacement due to age and the fact that the ground underneath the porch settled and a part of the porch became slanted towards the ground. Artan, his brother Domi and their other employees were extremely professional. They tore out the old wooden deck and poured concrete footings so that settling will no longer be a problem. They extended my roofline and doubled the porch space by my front door. I got composite decking, larger PVC support columns, PVC and aluminum rails and metal spindles. They also installed new black gutters to complement the red roof and new soffits. Overall the entire renovation was a total success and has transformed my house, it’s almost unrecognizable! I recommend Universal Roofing 100% for anyone reading this review. I couldn’t be happier. Numerous before and after photos attached.
We hired Universal Roofing & Chimney to assist us with putting a new roof on our home. Artan was excellent from giving us a competitive estimate and explaining how everything will go. His crew was awesome with the work and cleanup. There was a one-day delay because of rain, but that’s not their fault at all. Overall, easily the best choice anyone can make is hiring Universal Roofing & Chimney.
Art and his men at Universal Roofing are hardworking, knowledgeable and great at the craft. They only use the best of materials and left my yard spotless. Best contractor I’ve had. The other 3 companies I got estimates from seemed desperate and kept calling asking when they can start. Art put zero pressure on us and we definitely made the right choice! Thank you Universal!
