Valley Rock Inn is one of the most stunning properties you will ever you'll ever walk into for a mind blowing culinary journey.
Recently, I was very fortunate to experience the highly buzzed and much anticipated soft opening of their new "lounge" a la carte menu and wow did they absolutely crush it.
After we were greater by the most friendly professional valet attendant we entered the lounge restaurant and were greater by two very warm welcomings. One of which was the manager/host Marissa. We arrived a little early for our reservation because we wanted to enjoy a pre dinner cocktail so Marissa walked us into the most beautiful dim-lit bar area and introduced us to the friendly bartenders. They didn't carry a specific gin I asked for however the bartender knew exactly what to reccomend that would be very similar and she was spot on. After enjoying our drinks Marisa came over to us and walked us to our table. The dining are was absolutely gorgeous. It felt like an upscale chic white table cloth lodge setting with trendy vibes. There was great energy in the room. After seating I looked around and everyone seemed to be really happy and having so much fun.
There was a three course menu that we chose from. We ordered the charred Spanish octopus and the charcuterie board to start. They were both incredibly delicious and paired perfectly with the wine our server reccomended. Next we ordered the organic beets salad and the chopped steakhouse salad. Both came out perfectly timed after our apps. The classic steakhouse salad hit home with all the comfort. For me, however, the organic beets stole the show. It felt like they were picked that day from their own garden. Following our salads, also timed perfectly, came our entrees. We shared the parmesean gnocchi, which had butter poached lobster. We also shared the NY strip which had a pastrami crust and was cooked to absolute perfection. The front of the house and back of the house seemed to have a soft opening running like a well oiled machine.
Our experience from start to finish was without a doubt a night to remember. Everything is always amazing at Valley Rock, however the new lounge is something special. Big thanks to Marissa and staff for making us feel like family.

I recently got married to my wife at Valley Rock Inn. We had such a great experience with the Cristian and the Valley Rock team throughout the planning process. They had solutions for all of our questions/issues and made the weekend as stress-free as it was beautiful.

Weeks later we are still receiving comments from our guests on how amazing everything at the venue was - the aesthetics and decor, the drinks, and the food (seriously, the real deal), all really wowed our guests and we couldn't be happier. 10/10 would recommend Valley Rock!

Attended a friend’s wedding for the afternoon and night. Absolutely amazing service staff and catering food. Fresh sushi! Tons of appetizer stations. Seafood, Asian food, Spanish food, cheese station etc. You name it. Dance floor decoration is fabulous and personalized. I thank the bride and groom for inviting me. Parking lot is plenty. Venue didn’t pay me to say this!

We had a wedding here over the past weekend. We were parents of the bride. The good news was the food and drinks. Very good quality and worth the money. The layout is pretty good. But my first bone to pick was the on-site rooms available. We were placed in a room without a desk, without a closet, without any drawers. The only place to store things was on the floor or on the bed or in the tiny bathroom. Truly outrageous for the price. Second issue was the transportation for all the guests from a local hotel. The bus drivers were supposed to be driving back and forth every half-hour. They were horrendous. It was more like every hour or more even just before dinner. There was NO predictable schedule whatsoever. One would think that if a party destination as expensive as this was worth it, they would make darn sure the busses were on time and that the drivers cared. Very embarrassing for all.

Valley Rock Inn is the BEST wedding venue EVER! So many of our guests told us that this was the best wedding venue they’ve ever been to — and we couldn’t agree more! The setting is absolutely stunning, the cottages are 10/10, and the staff was beyond amazing. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran seamlessly and that we felt completely taken care of. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special day. If you’re considering this venue, do it - you won’t regret it.
