My mother is over 100, and Vis a Vis has been crucial to our ability to care for her at home. They monitor her vitals daily and are always calling to see how she is doing. Their nurses listen to our concerns, and prescribe just what's needed, whether it be medication or home visits for tests. Ther kindness and expertise give me great peace of mind.

Good afternoon, what does my family have to do to actually get you guys to show up for my sister who has cerebral palsy scheduled appointment? Our case manager calls you and no response? Did the agency liquify and finally went under? On vacation?
It’s bad enough you have us wait a “timeframe” what is like 8 hours?
Sucks being on this side, not for me but for my special needs family members sake.
