Great place to live. . Beautifully renovated apartments. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, nice wood style floors. , pretty cabinets, washer and dryer hook ups in units. Huge closets and very spacious rooms. Clean. Community center with outdoor pool. Safe area. Walk to bus. Walk to mall. Pretty block.. Fair rent prices. .
The new renovations and the vibe is extraordinary. The convenience near the parks and malls. Amazing value and a place to plan your life in.
My apartment is beautifully renovated and I love sitting on my balcony overlooking the peaceful yard. I feel very safe here living alone and I love my covered parking spot. I enjoy the community so very much!!! Josh and junior are super helpful handyman whenever needed
A lot of work continues to be done to these apartment buildings. New hallway renovations, new elevators, New intercom system, and beautifully renovated units, new garage doors and now new roofs. The ownership has spent a lot of time improving the buildings and it shows. Wellington has underground parking and a pool.. Wellington has an excellent location, near public transportation, mall, and parks. New Springville schools are excellent. The employees care about the tenants and genuinely want them to be happy. The community offers a beautiful pool club membership right across the street. Wellington offers very fair rental prices.
Excellent residence. The environment is very peaceful and beautiful. The apartments are very comfy and are spacious. The manager, handyman, and the office are very responsive and are always there when you need them. I'm in love with my choice for my home ❤️
