Just purchased my third boat from them. Everyone there is fantastic to work with. Anthony, Billy, Craig, can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommend and I'm sure we will be back again!
Well so excellent , I have been looking for a boat & saw white water marine come up with picture of boats so I call the phone number & a young lady answer & said she would have Billy call me back witch he did within 15 minutes & told me everything i wanted to know about that boat ? Billy has been nothing but professional & I pleasure to talk to!. I haven’t made a decision yet but rest assure when I do it will definitely be with Billy at White Atwater Marine!!! I live in New Jersey & would definitely go to NY. Because of Billy ,

My wife and I bought a Ranger Tug R27 this year. Our experience with sales staff, operations, and even the owners was top notch. They handled the processes of our trade-in, documentation, closing, and launch with a high-level of personal attention and class. I’m really glad that Ranger Tug has selected White Water as one of their few authorized dealers in NY. Keep up the good work, guys!
Nice place, nice sales staff. And the tech was really hard working. I recommend this place if your looking for a new or used boat, picked up a 20 foot pro line ,nice boat for a friend 😉
Unbelievable service!!
Back in January of 2023, I purchased a used 2017 Bayliner f18 from White Water Marine. The boat was clean and looked well taken care of. Before the final payment, we went for a sea trial which was short due to the temperatures that time of year.
One week after putting the boat in, in May, on the first ride, there was a gas smell and some fuel in the bilge. I called White Water. They sent a technician over early the next morning. There was nothing obvious to attribute the leak to. The tech indicated that the boat would have to be pulled. I returned home. I was bummed out, but impressed with their level of service.
About an hour later. I got a call from John (the owner) and Kenny (the Service Manager). They said they were on my boat and had located the problem. I rushed down to the boat.
After an attempt at fixing it there, it was inevitable that the boat would have to come out.
White Water pulled the boat, brought it back to their shop, completed the repair, and sea tested it before returning it to the marina. All of this in a week’s time!!!!
I have never experienced service like I have with the whole White Water team from sales to service.
If you’re thinking about buying a boat, there’s only one place I would give my business to, WHITE WATER MARINE!
