Byron and his team Xpress Builders Roofing & Siding LLC, were very professional, thorough and kind. They were honest since the beginning when I had my inspection done on what repairs needed to be done and Byron fully explained the process. They left my home looking better than before!

We needed a patch job done on our roof because we had a leak. We asked a couple people to come by for estimates and we landed on Bryon. We found that of all the people that cane by he was kind and personable he explained things well. Didn't really do the up selling thing but gave honest opinions of what needed to be done.

After he came by he messaged us with an estimate within a day or two. We agreed to his price and he was here working the next week. It was a one day job he was on time worked well and we were very happy with his work. That was flat part of the roof.

We also had to have work done on the chimney and Bryon also did that and as you can see by the pictures his company did an amazing job. We will definitely used this company again for any future work that we will need.

I had half of my roof done because I only replaced one side 12 years ago and the front needed to be done after a reroof 25 years ago. My neighbor was having their’s done and our units are attached so I figured it was a goods time to do mine. They had been getting estimates and told me that most of the contractors came and looked at it from the street versus Byron who spent 2 1/2 hours with them and did a thorough inspection. He also gave them the lowest estimate which included completely replacing all of the plywood sheathing. I asked him for an estimate and he provided me with a very detailed and professional email addressing every aspect of the job. When he came for the deposit I was given a very professional folder with my detailed contract and literature on the materials. I asked for an upgraded shingle which he told me how and then said don’t worry about the additional….. nice! That impressed me. He added a number of things like replacing some aluminum that was missing between the two units and removing my old satellite dish which was on the side they were not replacing and replacing a vent boot on that side…. Again, no extra charge…. Oh and they had to replace one piece of plywood on my side… he was also not going to charge me for… all in all it was an excellent experience and I use to be in the business so I am pretty critical! Great crew, fast, clean and professional. I highly recommend Byron.
