We had CPG do new front hand railing, a roof, gutters, siding, and a deck for us to the tune of $43,000. They were at our house for 9 days which seemed reasonable given the amount of work that was done. I would rate the quality of the actual work done as a 4.5 out of 5. As for the details surrounding the work, it was an absolute “ train wreck “.

We have 120 feet of driveway with a 3 car parking area and for some reason they decided it was necessary to park several vehicles in our front yard. They even got a truck stuck trying to get it out. If you consider pouring a few bags of topsoil into all the ruts they made a “ repair “, that's pretty crummy.

While siding the front of the house, they destroyed the lights on the wall by our downstairs door. I replaced them myself after seeing how they handled the front lawn repair.

They staged a trailer to remove all the old roofing and broke a chunk of blacktop off of the edge of the driveway. Something that could have easily been avoided by throwing down something to create a “ step down “ from the driveway to the grass but no care was taken there.

Apparently, they left one night and it began to rain. 2 workers came back ( in the dark and rain ), went up on the roof, and covered something up that probably should have been covered before they left. Unfortunately, they threw a ladder up against the brand new gutters they had just installed, damaging them. We're still waiting for a replacement that has been promised for 2 weeks, which at this point doesn't look like it's going to happen.

While installing the siding, they attempted to re-install some lighting they removed, thus causing us to spend a night with half the power out in our house. When presented with the problem, the response was, “ We're not electricians “.

We had plans to have them back to build a patio for us, and possibly side one of our “ out buildings “. I think it's pretty safe to say at this point, we'll be spending our money elsewhere. Amazingly, they had some great reviews, but I can't give them one. Respect for customer property is paramount and we did not receive that. Once these guys get your cash, they're “ history “.

CPG made more than good on the work they did for us. The guys showed up this morning and replaced our damaged gutter! Later in the day, Chris and Gaby stopped by to visit us. They not only reimbursed us for the lights I replaced, but paid for dinner on them! Chris will send a crew here in the spring to fix our yard as well. They also brought us some awesome, personalized gifts. It was really quite a surprise, and in the end I can actually say that I have never been treated better by any contractor I've done business with. They were very professional, and completely restored my confidence in the business. They'll definitely be here in the spring to do a new patio for us and possibly a few more small things. Not only was it great that they came through, but now when I'm talking to someone about home improvements, I can say " I've got a guy for you! " Thank you CPG for keeping true customer service alive!

Staff was super friendly. They did a great job with replacing our roof, siding, back deck, and front stair’s railings.

Christian and his team just finished up a roof replacement for us. Christian inspected our roof from the outside, which was nothing special there, but also inspected our attic, with me in tow. While in the attic identified ventilation issues, and the development of mold. As a result this turned into a larger job than I expected, and really had to percolate on it. That said, I am very happy we addressed the issue, at the source. Christian's guidance, was the correct course. There were NO surprises. Excellent Work, Efficiently Done, CLEANLY Done! Chrisitan's Team were Friendly, Polite & Professional! What was quoted is what it was. I am HAPPY to RECOMMEND CPG! Our roof looks great, and was done right!

Excellent company. Professionally installed my siding and made needed repairs. Chris was easy to work with & communicated routinely throughout the project. This was a great experience and my house is beautiful!

CPG did an excellent roof replacement for both our house and garage. They were meticulous in covering and protecting areas from falling old roofing materials. The job was completed in two days and they did a great job of cleaning up the ground area when they were done with the roofs. Highly recommend them. Their estimate was also very competitive and was better than two other estimates we received.
