Stopped in on my day off to purchase a copy of "Hammered: The Fight of My Life", by Dave Schultz with Dan Robson. I've been looking forward to reading this book since I first heard it was being worked on. What a great read, so far! It really tells Dave's story beyond hockey and covers so many aspects of the man. Barnes and Noble in Fairless Hills is my go-to book store. The woman at the counter was very helpful when I asked where the sports section was (it's on the second floor, to the left), and in helping me check if there were any copies in the new releases section.

    Hello,

This review is for the cafe. I think you all bring enough revenue to the store to warrant a cleaning service for the cafe. That cafe needs a deep clean. At least once a month. When I go up to order and see the register full of dust and just looking the opposite of sanitary it makes me question getting food or drink from here. If the register and surroundings look like that then what else could be as gross. Let’s have some pride and be more organized, it’s a mess.

While we’re on the topic of cleanliness. The chairs!! I refuse to sit on any of the upholstered chairs in this store. Can you get some new ones? Or at least get the ones you have cleaned. Disgusting.

    Do better. Thanks.

My mom and I come to this bnn almost every week. The vibe is warm and cozy and great place for studying. Mark who works at Starbucks is THE BEST. He is so friendly and welcoming, makes the best drinks, and greets us every time. The way he interacts with other customers is so loving. I come to this Starbucks just for him. Praise for Mark 🤩🙌

The store is kept tidy but far from CLEAN. The chair(s), pictured, looked like a horror movie. So dingy and dirty! There were a few hard material (wooden) chairs around. I wouldn't have sat unless I was feeling a bedbug vibe.

They had a nice selection of books and staff seemed friendly. The atmosphere was decent.

My main complaint was at checkout. We were not discounted for the buy one, get one 50% off on two of the four books purchased.

We left the store, did some quick math, then returned to the cashier who claimed to have made a mistake. Okay, we all make mistakes. BUT, if corporate didn't want to leave it to chance, why not have the digital register do the discount? Why leave it to the cashier? Looks like an easy way to make a buck.

This Barnes & Noble is large. They have a lot of items, including books, magazines, gifts, toys, maps, stationery and more. The employees were professional but not the most helpful. The prices are average. The Starbucks Cafe is just that, a Starbucks. However, they do not accept the app or card. And, the wait is long. There is a lot of parking.
