2025.11 Loading took 30 minutes, there were no trucks in front of me.
But in 2024, few trucks were in front of me so Loading took over 3 hours.

Drivers Update

- Appointment Based
- Docks are on the front of the building.
- Shipping office staff was friendly.
- Portapot washroom for driver
- Signal Strength : Poor (AT&T)
Timeline
* Arrived at night overnight parking available in front of building.
* Easy Checkin and got dock right away. But my appointment was in afternoon and i checked in at 08:00 AM. So i had to wait for shipment.
* Started loading at 09:00 AM.
* Got my shipment loaded with in 1 hour.
* Checked out by 10:00 AM.
* Great shipper

- OverNight Parking Onsite. (On the front of building other side of railway tracks)

Requirements
- Safety Vest (Not Mandatory but requires for safety)
- Safety Shoes (Not mandatory but for your safety)
- Slide tandems to rear (Mandatory)(Dry-van)

I went there for pick. Just park and check in with driver licence and truck plate. You should know where are u going into port. Guys were really nice. They told me i am not schedule to pick until tomorrow morning. Ask me to park across on dirt lot they will get me if all today shipping was done. After 3 hours they came over to me and give me dock. Done loading within 30 minutes.

Probably my top 5 places on coming to. I came a lil early and didn’t had to wait bc they where backed up but they pencil me n got me loaded . To the staff ( top notch when it comes to customer service)
