Super fast service my bagel tasted great! They have juices and coffee as well. Thank you so much will definitely be back!
Attention Keystone bagels, this is not a Kaiser roll this is round white break, my red one is wider than my piece of scrapple. The fried egg looks like a dried up newspaper. This is the 5th I’ve ordered the same exact sandwich and every time it has let me down, YOU GUYS HAVE LET ME DOWN. I am very disappointed. This is a very embarrassing breakfast sandwich.
I was excited to try Keystone as I’ve seen many people praising it as the best bagels in the area. While our food was good, overall it was a very disappointing experience, to the point where I’m not sure I’ll return. Pictures attached. I ordered an egg everything bagel with cream cheese, and there was barely any cream cheese on it. I also ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel with scallion cream cheese, a hash brown, and jalapeños. There was so little steak on my sandwich that I thought they’d forgotten the meat. Literally only 2 bites of the whole sandwich contained steak. Additionally, they did not put any cream cheese on the sandwich, my over medium egg was completely fried/overcooked, and the jalapeños I asked for on the side were on the sandwich. Why even allow customization if you’re going to ignore almost every instruction in the order. Also the items on the sandwich were too small for the bagel so some bites of the sandwich were mostly bagel. Finally, I placed the order online and was told to pick up in 30 minutes. I arrived at 20 minutes and the order was not only done but had been sitting out for who knows how long already; the bag was barely even warm when I picked it up. Overall this was a very disappointing experience, certainly not worth the $20 I spent on the order.
I ordered an egg bagel not toasted with plain cream cheese. After waiting longer than people who ordered after me I got a burnt, hard bagel, with blueberries in it, thinking it was mold at first. Called and they said everything shares the same knives and there’s nothing they could do but give me “credit” for cream cheese the next time. Don’t trust here if you have allergies! Aside from that it shouldn’t take so long and be so hard to get a basic order correct. Simply a careless business.
I have only ever gotten bagels to take home for the family or a bagel with cream cheese to enjoy at the moment. Same with my daughter. The bagels are delicious. Many different flavored spreads to choose from but we are boring. I do need to go back and check out actual sandwiches. The vibe inside is wonderful. Extremely friendly employees, clean and wonderfully decorated. We love to try and figure out the movies by the photos on the ceiling.
Check it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed. If you are going on the weekend you may want to order online because that line can be long. That's how good they are.
