Chase was great from the beginning. He met with us and took the time to thoroughly explain what we were getting into and the entire process. Marc, the project lead, was very communicative and addressed all of our concerns along the way. Oscar and his crew were amazing—despite freezing temperatures and snow on our old roof, they completed the job efficiently and professionally.

Everything happened exactly as explained: the dumpster and supplies were delivered the day before, the crew arrived right on time, and the very next morning the dumpster was removed and our driveway was completely cleaned up. It was such a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

I recently got my mini roof completely repair on 10/15/25! Marc Haley my project manager was very helpful, friendly and courteous. I had a small leak flowing into my right corner kitchen area. I noticed before but didn’t realize what could be the damage. I had consultation with Andrew Morgan my sales representative, he was very knowledgeable and thorough what the damage was to my mini roof and the steps to repair it. The cool part of the consultation, he used a drone to show me the real time view of the damage on my roof. Everyone at the company who spoke with me during the process, before the actually installation was super friendly and had great customer service! I would recommend Munz to my neighbors and friends for roof repairs and installation in Philadelphia and surrounding areas! Thanks Munz! we worked with Steve Mainardi and Marc Haley and had a perfect experience. we got exactly the window we wanted with expert installation for a good price. it looks amazing, and the whole staff from managers to planners to installers were communicative, respectful, helpful, and perfectly pleasant 🙂

My roof was in bad shape. While getting estimates I learned that the beems to my roof had to be sistered. This is not part of a roofing job and considered construction BUT Munz covered it!! Their price was seemingly to good to be true but I took it anyway. I am so very happy I did! The soffit crew lead by Fray did an exceptional job! A very artistic designed soffit they created. The roof you can see for yourself how rotten it was in the attached pic. and how beautiful it is upon completion not to mention I was losing lots of heat via the roof. The house is actually warmer. Then came the gutter guys. Emmanuel and his crew did an excellent job on the gutters. I wish I had a better camera to show you the completed job. The lead man, my direct contact Munz rep. named Ricky was always just a phone call away. He was instrumental in resolving any issues I may have had. I give Munz a 10, 5 stars. From initial contact, I liked the professionalism from Munz and the technology used to communicate! The sales pitch was typical but I eventually ended up choosing Munz after contacting other providers. There were issues with material delivery on two different occasions which cost me time. Kudos to Connor, Keanu and Rick for great communication. I believe the initial price was a bit excessive but we were able get it down a bit by removing $670 😳 for capping two windows. They seemed willing to work with me. Overall, I would recommend Munz for siding install.
