I recently planned a trip to Fiji and, after shopping around with various travel agencies, I came across an incredible travel expert who offered me the best deal by far. Not only was his price much more affordable than the others, but the service he provided was exceptional from start to finish.

After booking my trip, he offered travel insurance. At first, I was hesitant, but he explained the importance of having it—especially for a long journey like this one. I’m so glad I listened to him, because that insurance ended up being a lifesaver—literally.

When I arrived in Fiji, I was completely exhausted from the long journey and ended up passing out due to jet lag and not eating properly. I was hospitalized, and thanks to the information he had, the local people were able to reach out to him. Even though his job was done after booking, he went above and beyond to help me—like a family member would. He arranged a personal guide for me at no extra charge, coordinated with contacts in Fiji and New Zealand, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the rest of my trip.

Parcy did an amazing job setting up my vacation to Bermuda. He was thoughtful and detail oriented which was exactly what I needed.
