Barb is the absolute BEST! We’ve used her for land, air & sea travel, and it’s always nice to know she’s just a phone call away for whatever we need. She’s efficient, asks great questions so she completely understands what we’re looking for, and then gives us options that are always difficult to choose because they’re all really good. She “travels with us” because if we ever have issues, she handles them so we can continue to enjoy our trip. Barb is kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Great travel coordination by Barbara! Experienced a great family vacation to Hawaii! My son and I were on a cruise around the Hawaiian Islands on an NCL ship. Island excursions made the vacation special. Coordinated transportation to and from venues made the traveling effortless! Great customer service from Utopia Travel was is the gold standard!

Barb is an amazing travel agent! If it wasn't for her help, this cruise, purchased in 2019 and postponed twice, might not have ever happened. Her patience in dealing with the cruise line, getting us rescheduled not once but twice and her advice in booking excursions and dining was priceless. Barb was amazing! Started planning our trip for my 50th back in February, while lots of COVID restrictions & extreme travel requirements were still in place. She orchestrated a wonderful vacation for us in Aruba for early May and had attention to every detail- including notifying the hotel of my birthday- which was a very thoughtful touch. The highlight of Barb’s service, and testament to her professionalism & skillset, was that she found a way to get us to the private island, Flamingo island, for a day.
