I’m so glad that I found this agency. After so many attempts with different company trying to get insurance for my son and what all of them was trying to do was ripped my son off with a higher price. I was on the area and search for insurance near me and the last one and I came across with was this agency. I call and asked for a quote and which she kindly replied to me saying that they don’t do it over the phone only in person. So I gave the last number on my list from yesterday a try and showed up there. Once there the young lady greeted me nicely and Helped me and answered all my questions. Her name is Sophia. She was like an Angel for me. She’s wonderful. She’s humble and honest and the prices was much better. I like that. Thanks Sophia for all your help yesterday I was your last customer with you before you closed. Definitely will send more people to you and You know I started with one of my employee, he will call you today.

I was at 10AK Insurance Agency on 12/11/2020-Friday, to have a document notarized. There's .15 minutes free parking in front of the company which was a plus for me. Once inside I was greeted and the Specialist inquired about services I needed help with. I had explained why I was there, presented proper identification, had a little conversation about Covid Pandemic and was totally helped within a .15 minutes timeframe.
Good service rendered.

I went to get something notarized and was in and out in 5 minutes. The woman who helped me was super nice as well!
