Had to have some repair work and some mold remediation done. During the process we found more damage and a dangerous electrical issue. David was very communicative and professional throughout the entire process going above and beyond doing an excellent job. I highly recommend American Dream contracting and look forward to working with them on future projects.
We hired American Dream for an installation of an in wall air conditioning unit, attic pull-down stairs and attic flooring, a wall repair and trim, and a deck repair. All jobs were completed to our satisfaction and David and his crew were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend American Dream!
I had American Dream Contracting help me with my pool deck that was over 20 years old and rotting. Their professionalism was second to none. Within a week I had new footings and the deck was rock solid. I won’t hesitate to call them again for other jobs. I plan on using them this winter for some indoor work.

Being a new homeowner leads to allot of fixes and improvements you would like to make, we wanted a concrete pad island in our backyard for the outdoor furniture and something our kids can play on and we also needed a new stairway leading to the backyard. I would highly recommend American Dream Contracting. They did a great job on replacing my bay window. A fantastic job on matching up with the existing cedar siding on my home. They careful of my shrubbery and cleaned the area up nicely.
