My old deck was requiring too much maintenance. It was looking shabby and also blocked the view of the beautiful creek directly facing the deck. Minos removed the old deck floor and railings, replacing the floor with gray Trex material and black metal spindle railings. He also discovered the deck stairs were not to code, and he made the new stairs code complient. Oh my gosh! The difference is amazing! I LOVE the new deck, and I spent a lot more time on it this summer. The new railings let the beautiful view of the creek though. I hardly notice the railings at all. It was such a pleasure dealing with Carlos Minos. He and his crew are polite and professional while retaining a great sense of humor. At the end of the day, the crew cleans up; you would never know they had spent all day working on the deck. I will definitely use Minos' professional services again for any project around the house that I want done right the first time. I highly recommend this company.

After experiencing a collapsed deck this past summer, Carlos and his team agreed to do the job quickly so that I can enjoy my deck for the rest of the summer. Awesome professional work from the beginning of our project to the very end. We have an older home from 1910 with wood siding that was in desperate need of some attention. We had some broken and rotted siding along with chipped paint everywhere from over the years. Our gutters and front walkway also needed some attention as well. Carlos was very professional and was always ready to take our call about our project and always had helpful suggestions to take that next step to gain the curb appeal we wanted. Carlos’ team were always on time and ready to work each day. Their work was extraordinary and they paid close attention to the details. Even during the 90+ degree heat wave we have. Carlos and his crew took our small backyard and created a sculpted patio with bluestone. We communicated throughout the process via in-person meetings, texts and emails. The patio preparation was immaculate and very professionally done using layers of base stone etc. They were able to cut the curve of the patio exactly to my liking. Our agreed-upon price was WELL worth the value of the finished product.
