PV Pros exceeded my expectations with their helpful service. Joshua provided a fast quote to close my in ground pool making it easy to schedule. Justin and Gus not only arrived promptly (15 minutes early! Yay!) they were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions and creating a plan to upgrade the pool next season! PV Pros did an excellent job fixing my extreme groundwater problem. It was a very difficult situation, as it was hard to stop the water, but Dave (the owner) and his crew handled it professionally and effectively. They also installed a new pool liner and worked through 95-degree heat for three full days. They always put in full workdays and never cut corners.
Dave made sure I was informed throughout the entire process, always explaining what they were doing. I really appreciated their professionalism, communication, and dedication to getting the job done right.
PV pros were extremely helpful from the start. So quick to respond to my initial inquiry. We wanted to block off our pool area from the patio for the safety of our toddler.
