Herzog's Paint Center of Fishkill

Five stars for Jeff! Super patient and kind and answered all of my questions. I’m sure I asked some silly ones but he gave me great recommendations and didn’t try to oversell me. I went back in the next day to purchase gallons of the samples we liked and Bill “helped” me next. Bill was pretty rude and condescending and treated the man after me much more kindly. If Bill is working next time I’ll walk right back out and wait until someone else is in. If this had been my first interaction I would never come back - such a bummer to have service on two ends of the spectrum.

Needed to pick a paint color for a kitchen renovation. The staff was so helpful. Took time to help me narrow down a color choice. The wall color is perfect. Herzog's is the best Benjamin Moore dealer. In fact, I drove from Orange County to Dutchess County. I have a BM dealer less than 8 miles from my house. It's a little out of my way, but I will be returning to Herzog's for all my paint needs. Thank you so much for your help!

Helpful staff that on two occasions was willing to chat with me, understand my needs, recommend the right paint product and not try to oversell me on any unnecessary extras. Pricing is not bad either. My trip to Herzog's definitely saved me from incorrectly completing a deck-paint job that would have cost me a lot of dollars and time down the road.

I went to Herzog’s when I decided to redecorate my master bedroom. So happy that I did! Their interior designer, Mary Lou, was simply amazing, offering us many excellent ideas for a new look. She was also very patient as we went through Herzog’s wide selection of high quality paint, wallpaper and window coverings. We ended up doing an accent wall with grass cloth wallpaper, which I never would have thought of and looks fantastic! The rest of the staff are also exceptionally friendly and helpful. The man who helped me to my car with the wallpaper was extra careful in positioning the box to prevent any chance that it would bend, which I really appreciated. And Mary Lou was a great resource when my contractor had a question about how to hang the blinds that we purchased. Thanks Herzog’s, I’ll be back!
