Everyone very friendly and helpful. Delivery went very well. Very polite and knowledgeable young men. I will definitely return to Automatic Appliance in the future and I recommend stopping here first before you waste your time anywhere else.

Our experience with automatic appliance was first rate from start to finish. Alex was very knowledgeable and took the time with us to explain different options and made helpful recommendations to find the appliances that fit our needs. He also recommended a great electrician who helped us complete the electrical work needed before our appliances could be delivered.
The office staff contacted us promptly when our appliances came in to schedule delivery. The delivery staff was very friendly and did a great job with the installation.

I recently needed a new dishwasher and first went to a big-box store, where I was told delivery and installation would take 2-3 weeks. On a whim, I decided to visit Automatic Appliance. I’ve lived in the Hudson Valley for 25 years and had never stepped foot in their store, assuming that as a small business their prices would be higher. That assumption couldn’t have been more wrong.
Alex at the counter was fantastic - knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. He walked me through multiple models, compared features and pricing, and even price-matched. What really impressed me was that their appliances are a higher grade than what I found at the big-box stores, and they were able to schedule installation within days, not weeks.
The installation was completed yesterday, and the team did an excellent job. The dishwasher looks great and works perfectly. I can confidently say I will never buy another appliance anywhere else. I highly recommend Automatic Appliance - do yourself a favor and visit them first. Thanks, AA!

The sales team here is fantastic ! I was able to do everything over the phone with arranging purchase & installation. The service men that came out 3 days later were meticulous in the installation & cleanup of our new microwave & were very kind ! I got a lowest price match automatically from neighboring stores & they matched the price without me doing anything. If the time comes I need a large appliance I’ll definitely make the trip out to Automatic to see what they have . Very pleased & excellent installation.

We are so pleased with the service we received from Automatic Appliance. We had purchased a top of the line Kitchen Aid refrigerator in February, and it broke down in April. With a lot of persistence, negotiation, and patience, and after numerous service calls from repairmen that Whirlpool selected, we were able to get a full refund from Whirlpool. The staff at Automatic Appliance (especially Matt in Sales and Nicole in the office), helped guide us through the process, and we were able to select a GE Cafe model that was delivered and installed yesterday. Dylan and Cameron were skilled delivery men and installers. They took great care in moving the old appliance out and bringing the new one in. We are very pleased with the attention we received from everyone at Automatic Appliance and have already recommended them to friends and family.
