Peak Construction

Can't say enough good things about Peak Construction. They built a screened in gazebo for our backyard. They were responsive and patient through the planning process. The finished outcome is exactly what we expected. Everyone across the team was lovely to work with and super responsive.
I would absolutely hire them again for any future construction project.

Working with Ashley & Eric was a wonderful experience. Ashley was our sales person and designer. She helped with all of my finish selections, she was very patient and easy to work with. She has a great eye for design and always guided me to items that I loved and worked with my new home. The construction phase of the project was very organized and as enjoyable as construction can be. Eric managed the crew very well and when he wasn't available to oversee the project Ashley was on-site checking in on progress. This was always nice to see since we were not living in the area just yet and had to trust the process. They were very patient with my requests and I am thankful to have had such a wonderful crew transform my space from basic to beautiful. I highly recommend working with Peak Construction and especially Ashley.

Peak did an excellent job of working with me to renovate an old farmhouse. Since parts of the house dated to the 1820s, reconstructing some of the original foundation and floors required both creativity and technical skill. Eric Mayer was a great project manager. He paid attention to details and communicated effectively with me. Peak took on a difficult project that other firms would not. I found then to be very professional yet not overly bureaucratic.

Peak Constuction totally transformed our home!Its beautiful! Everyone with whom we worked with were professional, kind, and supportive of our needs. Krista is extraordinary, always willing to hear your thoughts, investigate creative solutions, and is one of the kindest people you will meet. Krista holds so many functions as project manager and even a designer. I recall that she even went out of her way to help us as we were having difficulty identifying tile that would match our cabinetry; Such that over the weekend, she went into a store and found the perfect tile for our home. Every single person has a smile and a listening ear. We will be using Peak again!

We had Peak finish our basement from raw concrete walls enclosing the mechanicals, adding a bedroom, bathroom, storage, and a large open space. Working with Jason was an absolute pleasure. From our first walk through scoping out the project through the final inspections Jason was thoroughly professional and responsive. We were away for much of the construction. Jason always texted or called with questions to verify what we wanted done. The quality of the materials and workmanship in all phases of the project were outstanding. We are so happy to have found Peak and Jason. Already have another project with them in the planning stages. Highly recommended!
